SAA has a unique and innovative curriculum in which Internship occupies an important place. Internship is a process of education where SAA and the Hospitality industry come together to offer meaningful, career-related work experience to students, while simultaneously providing an excellent source of highly-motivated, career-minded individuals for employers.

Instead, the Internship program will expose students to different aspects of customer service in airport terminals, administrative offices, catering organizations, reservations and ticketing offices, hotel front office and F&B departments.

Purpose of the Internship

The Internship program aims to teach professional skills, essential aspects of professional ethics and social responsibility issues and management of challenging situations in practical and professional life. It further provides opportunities for developing useful professional contracts and for relating theoretical knowledge obtained in the library and the classrooms to social realities.

The internship program also serves to

- Reinforce and strengthen the students personal values and career objectives through an improved understanding of themselves and the work environment

- Assist students in identifying the customer service skills they need to hone

- Provide practical work experience to balance the students theoretical training
